Furthermore all of our consultants and specialists have completed courses of higher learning and received specialist training from accredited universities and training institutions. All CRAFT Senior Management members have, besides significant practical experience, completed post-graduate studies at world leading universities.
- Oliver Meier
Oliver is a current airline pilot on Airbus A330/ A340 with recent experience flying for a major airline in the Middle East. He graduated from City University London with an MSc in Air Transport Management focusing on Flight Operations Management. His research project was based on the "analysis of the causes of failure of new entrant airlines". Furthermore Oliver has undertaken a significant number of executive courses in the U.K., Germany and Switzerland with particular emphasis on operations, safety and financial management, including courses with the International Air Transport Association IATA.
In addition he is a Certified Aviation Auditor under JAR/ EASA and has received accreditation from the International Business Aviation Council "IBAC" as the first certified IS-BAO auditor in the Middle East. Alongside this he is one of the first IS- BAO auditors in Europe.
Between 2001- 2003 he was a Management Pilot for SWISS International Air Lines, in that position his main responsibilities were; ensuring that all prerequisites in terms of operational and administrative requirements were fulfilled to ensure safe and efficient Flight Operations. Moreover he was part of the management team who merged and reengineered Crossair and Swissair Flight Operations and transferred them successfully into SWISS International Air Lines. After leaving SWISS International Airlines he has worked on various flight operational assignments and projects in Indonesia, South Africa and the Middle East and has advised airlines and entrepreneurs on airline start-up projects.
Nowadays Oliver is a guest lecturer at City University London where he teaches Flight Operations Management as part of the universities Master degree programmes in Air Transport and Air Safety Management .
Furthermore Oliver has significant experience in corporate and charter operations and flight crew training. He is type rated on Falcon 900, ERJ145, Mc Donnell Douglas MD80 series, Airbus A320 and A330/ A340 wide-body aircraft and has accumulated more than 6000 jet flight hours in worldwide air operations.

- Peter Schellenberg
Peter Schellenberg is a current airline pilot on Airbus A320 flying for a major European airline. In addition he is a Certified Flight Instructor with experience in various flight training capacities and operational projects.
He started his aviation career as an aircraft engineer working for Swissair where he gained extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and overhaul. He is a licensed and qualified engineer on Airbus A310, Mc Donnell Douglas MD80, Fokker 100 and Airbus A320 aircraft. Later Peter completed airline pilot training and commenced his flying career working for Swissair subsidiary airline Crossair, initially flying the Saab 340 and eventually the Saab 2000 aircraft.
Furthermore Peter has received a Swiss Federal Diploma in Corporate Economics and has gained substantial management experience. Between 2001 and 2006 he held full-time management positions, initially as Revenue Management Analyst in the Strategy & Network Department of Swiss International Air Lines. He then joined the commerical division of SR Technics in Zurich where he was the Head of Project Leaders in the Engine Service Centre.

- Thierry Andrey
Thierry is a current Airbus pilot for a major airline based in Geneva, Switzerland. He is a Certified Aviation Auditor under JAR/ EASA and has attended several courses in auditing, quality assurance and air safety management.
He started his career working for Crossair initially flying the Saab SF340 and later the AVRO RJ100 for newly founded SWISS International Air Lines.
After leaving SWISS International Air Lines Thierry gained experience in Business Aviation by flying and managing a private operation operating Learjet 31 aircraft based in Geneva.
He later relocated to the Middle East where he was working for Gulf Air based in Abu Dhabi. In that position Thierry was flying the Boeing 767 on intercontinental routes.
Moreover Thierry Audray served with the Swiss Air Force where he held a supervisory role in a Flight Operations Support Section. In that position he was involved in tactical mission planning for military transport and fighter operations.

- Edel Smyth
Edel Smyth holds a Bachelors degree of legal studies from the Letterkenny Institute of Technology in Donegal, Ireland, and has worked as an administrator for solicitors and the police force in the County of Monoghan.
Edel is a trained Flight Attendant with experience flying for Gulf Air, based in Bahrain. She has completed emergency and service training for Airbus A320, A330, A340 and Boeing B767 aircraft. In addition she received special training as a "Sky Nanny" looking after the younger guests on board.
Furthermore Edel has work experience in the hotel industry both in Ireland and the United States of America.
